Something big is coming to Friday nights.

Starting April 24th, the Nepean Ducks are bringing a brand new Social Flag Football League to life and it’s built for everyone.

Whether you’re 8 or 88, completely new to the game or already throwing spirals in your sleep, this is your chance to be part of something fun, fast, and seriously addictive.

This isn’t just another competition, it’s a community. Our Social Flag Football League is designed for all ages and skill levels. No experience? No problem. Flag football is easy to learn, non-contact, and built for speed, agility, and teamwork.
