The Nepean Ducks American Football Club proudly competes in the Gridiron NSW competition—Australia’s premier American Football league. We field three competitive programs across all levels of state competition: Colts tackle, Men’s tackle, Women's flag and junior flag providing a complete pathway from development through to elite performance.

Based in the heart of Western Sydney, we deliver opportunities for athletes across the Penrith and Greater Western Sydney regions to engage with American Football in a structured, inclusive, and high-performance environment. Our club is built on quality—offering experienced coaching, professional-grade equipment, and a strong culture that supports players of all abilities, from first-time participants to elite athletes.

While we are proudly rooted in the Penrith community, the Nepean Ducks have grown into a destination club. Our reputation attracts talent from across Greater Western Sydney and internationally, with players joining us from countries including the United States, Denmark, and England. This diversity strengthens both our on-field performance and our off-field network, creating a unique and globally connected sporting community.

Our development pathways consistently produce high-calibre athletes, with numerous players progressing to represent New South Wales and Australia on the national stage. In addition, several of our athletes have secured opportunities to compete in U.S. college football programs and semi-professional leagues throughout Europe—demonstrating the strength of our program and its ability to open doors at the highest levels of the sport.
